Archivo de configuración de ProFTPd

/etc/proftpd/proftpd.conf

Solo cambiar lo siguiente

UseIPv6                         off
DefaultRoot                     ~

Reiniciar el ProFTPd

/etc/init.d/proftpd restart

Probar la conexión con el FileZilla
